INTBAU’s mission is to support and expand the global community who design, make, maintain, study, and enjoy
traditional buildings and places.

About

Applying the architectural wisdom of the past to build the future.

INTBAU Hungary was established in 2025 as part of the International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture and Urbanism (INTBAU)—a global charity under the patronage of His Majesty King Charles III, based in London. INTBAU Hungary works locally as part of this worldwide effort to promote enduring and culturally rooted built environments.

Events

Traditional buildings and places maintain a balance with nature and society. At Intbau Hungary, we seek to reintroduce traditional architectural knowledge for practice and education, to reduce the sector's environmental impact and to promote adaptive reusability of new constructions and buildings.

Promoting traditional building practices, architecture and urbanism.
